Micheline Epstein, MD, MS, FAAFP — Medical Director
Dr. Micheline Epstein is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and the on-site Medical Director of Noah Clinics. She oversees all clinical care, patient evaluations, and physician-guided, medical-grade Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO/HBOT) programs within a highly personalized, luxury medical environment.
At Noah Clinics, Dr. Epstein collaborates closely with referring physicians and surgeons to develop coordinated, individualized treatment plans that integrate seamlessly into each patient’s broader care. Her approach supports optimal surgical recovery, medical healing, and overall wellness – while ensuring strong continuity between surgical and post-operative care through dedicated physician oversight.
Dr. Epstein holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed her residency at BronxCare Health System in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident. With specialized training in Hyperbaric Medicine, she designs evidence-based HBO protocols with meticulous patient monitoring, particularly for complex medical and surgical cases.
With 15 years of clinical experience in the United States, Dr. Epstein combines strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, patient-centered approach – ensuring each patient receives attentive, individualized care throughout the healing process.
She is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, enabling her to provide thoughtful, high-quality care to Noah Clinics’ diverse patient population.
Enrico Camporesi. M.D., F.U.H.M.
Advisory Board Member Dr. Enrico Camporesi, MD, FUHM, is a Hyperbaric Medicine Specialist with deep industry knowledge he wants to share. He has over 50 years of experience in applied physiology, medicine, teaching, researching, and publishing in the medical field. This includes formerly being President of The Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society and Editor-in-Chief of their prestigious, evidence-based, peer-reviewed Journal. His experience spans Duke University (NC), SUNY Syracuse (NY), and the University of South Florida (FL).
Dr. Camporesi’s lasting influence was recognized by peers in 2021 with an international Alfred Behnke Award for “outstanding scientific contributions to advances in the undersea or hyperbaric biomedical field.”
Noah Clinics benefits from his invaluable perspective, which includes advice on current scientific research published worldwide and supporting emerging applications for HBOT.
Mario Caruso, CHS, DMT, EMT-P
Mario Caruso, a seasoned professional in hyperbaric medicine, brings a wealth of expertise in technical operations, safety management and facility oversight. As one of the pioneers in formal Hyperbaric Safety Director training and a proficient navigator of NFPA codes and regulations, he ensures the utmost safety standards are met. As a Hyperbaric Clinical Specialist with hyperbaric chamber expertise, Mario Caruso upholds industry standards and advances protocols. His distinguished role as a UHMS Hyperbaric Facility Accreditation Surveyor with contributions to its Accreditation Council has helped shape the landscape of hyperbaric medicine safety.
